Family-Friendly Beach House with Garden!!

The Space:
Recently renovated and thoughtfully decorated, our home is designed for comfort, connection, and easy living. With five spacious bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. There's one king-sized bed, three doubles, and a bunk bed ideal for children. Whether you're a large family, a group of friends, or a couple looking for extra space, everyone will have room to relax.

The open-plan family room opens directly onto the garden through two sets of bifold doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space that's perfect for BBQs, sunbathing, or unwinding with a book. In cooler months, light the wood-burning stove and curl up for a cosy movie night.

Enjoy the light-filled interiors, comfy beds, and peaceful garden, all just moments from the shoreline. Explore endless beach walks, cycle the scenic Sultans Way, or enjoy a day out at nearby Chichester Marina, the Boathouse Café, or the Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay. For motorsport and cultural enthusiasts, Goodwood is also within easy reach – home to world-famous events such as the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, and Glorious Goodwood horse racing. And yes – well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome.

Whether you’re chasing adventure or total relaxation, this beachside retreat offers the best of both worlds.

Guest Access:
Guest will have sole access to the entirety of the house, but we do have to lock the garage.

The Neighborhood:
There is an incredible sense of community in the Witterings, and you'll experience this first hand when you visit the various shops, cafés and pubs in the area. The local trade work very hard to look after the villagers, and in turn we try to buy as much as possible from them to keep them going! Try out Munneries Grocers, Tom Hoare's butchers, Something Fishy Fishmongers to name but a few. If you have a sweet tooth have a nosy in the good old fashioned sweetie shop too!

West Wittering Beach is famous for its golden sands and sweeping views, perfect for long walks, water sports, or simply soaking up the sun. And just a short drive away, Goodwood offers world-class events including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, and Glorious Goodwood horse racing.

Getting Around:
The 53 and 53a buses leave from the top of Jolliffe Road and will take you into Chichester via Bracklesham, West Wittering, Birdham and Apuldram. It’s definitely worth bringing bikes down to the Witterings – the flat landscape and scenic routes make cycling one of the best ways to explore the coastline and surrounding villages.

For those heading to Goodwood, Chichester is the main gateway. From there, it’s a short drive, taxi, or shuttle bus to the racecourse, motor circuit, and all the major events including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival, and Glorious Goodwood.

Other Things to Note:
There is a travel cot and high chair at the property for you to use during your stay. Please note we do not provide linens for the cot.

This is our family home, but we travel every school holiday and like people to enjoy it whilst we are away. We would just ask that you take care of it! If you scuff a wall please wipe it off etc.

Our relationship with our neighbours is very important to us so please respect this and keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm. We have very young kids so they are used to their volume!

If you are bringing a dog we just ask that you keep them off furniture and beds. We would also prefer that they weren't brought upstairs. The garden is secure as long as you keep the main driveway gates closed behind you. Maximum of two dogs only.

Please if you could make sure the barbecue remain in the designated decking area closer to the woodshed — not next to the garden fence.
