Steps away from a beautiful lake, this self contained, recently refurbished, minutes from Goodwood, farm stay chalet suite can be booked separately for two people (with double sofa bed in the chalet too which would suit one adult or two small children) or as part of a combination of other superior Chalets and Cottage to provide accommodation of up to ten.

This two level property comprises an open plan suite with lounge, kitchenette and luxury fitted bathroom. A beautiful gabled upstairs bedroom features a double bed with premium linens.


For your convenience, the kitchenette features a built-in microwave, cutlery, tableware, cooking utensils and built-in fridge.


Guests areas include the entire 18 acre farm with enchanting woods, childrens play area, free Zipline, free Tennis (please bring rackets/balls), four lakes and woodland climbing frame. The farm has various paths which are ideal for exercise and meeting the miniature farm collection along the way - Miniature pigs, Dwarf goats, Miniature Donkeys, Shetlands and Alpacas.

Guests have access to full free WIFI.

Whilst we are a rural farm, we are very close to Chichester and our guests benefit from being within the range for Deliveroo deliveries (Pizza Express, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Wagamas, Giggling Squid, Zizi's etc) If there are any specific requirements then please contact Kerrie who will be pleased to provide advice or help.

Chichester is a beautiful Roman city on the South coast within a mile of Goodwood Estate. The Solent and Isle of Wight are within easy reach from this cathedral city. The accommodation is within a 12 minute walk from Fishbourne station and taxis are readily available. There are two wonderful pubs in Fishbourne all within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride. Please note that you would have to walk for about 200 metres until you meet the main path Northlands cottage & chalet, with gates, security cameras and over 19 acres to explore is one of Chichester's most private & secluded accommodations. Great for access to Goodwood events which are only 5 minutes away in the car.
