“Everything was great except the breakfast bag that you collected at the front office. 1 water bottle, 1 kids size cereal bar and a mini yoghurt. Was more hungry afterwards than before.”

“Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the sound-proofing between floors is poor, so my husband was woken up frequently by the person in the room above us walking around. Also, there was quite a bit of space around the door to the room, causing a lot of light to come through all around the door.”

“Our favorite place to stay when visiting the area. Rooms are clean breakfast is always delicious and the hot tub and pool area is great. ”

“Room was excellent night staff was great friendly and helpful day clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful to my friend tried to place illegally charges on the room because my friend I've never seen someone behave so I kind hateful and I won't be going back ”

“Very, very dirty. I’m not sure if they have cleaned after the last 10 guests at least. Very loud. There were people constantly going in and out of their rooms next to us. Slamming the door, yelling and arguing most of the night. Will not be staying there again. ”

“I knew it was a dive going in ... was just looking for a cheap room for one night .. the place was clean but it just needs to be updated ...the bed was hard and lumpy maybe the worst I have ever slept on ...will probably spend the extra money for a nicer place next time I visit Chico ”

“Hands down the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a purveyor of cheap motels. 1) Moldy something under the microwave plate 2) Holes (cigarette burns?) in the sheets 3) Crazies blasting bass in their cars at 5am for 45 mins 4) luke warm shower 5) a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo 6) dust and dirt and grime on most surfaces. 7) Wifi network down and nobody at the front desk for hours after 10pm The key and heater worked at least. ”

“The pictures don't do this hotel justice. The room was immaculate!! The safe was beyond nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs accommodations in the area.”

“The staff was great. The room was very noisy. Hard to sleep. Heater comes on very loud. Breakfast quality of only fair but ok considering the large number of people who had to be fed and the price of the room.”
