Chico get together

Beautiful home and property. Next door to lower Bidwell (walking distance). We had a wonderful time hanging out in the backyard visiting with family.

Lovely house

The house is nicely furnished and updated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the park. The backyard is lovely but be aware that it is shared with two ADUs and we could see other people in the yard during our stay.

Great house with everything you need!

My entire group loved this house! It's decorated, furnished and supplied better than most short term rentals. Lots of amenities and a location close to the park. All 4 bedrooms have queen or king beds, so great for a group of adults. Guests should be aware that yard and pool are shared with guests in 2 ADU's on the property.

Amazing home

The home is beautiful. The decor is so tasteful and relaxing. We felt like we were staying at a friends home, not a rental. Small artistic touches throughout the home. Kitchen well stocked, we found everything we needed. The pool was crystal clean with a great ledge area. Linens and towels were very high end. Super comfortable beds. All around a beautiful home and responsive owner. Definitely would stay again on our next trip to Chico.

Seamless stay in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great experience with this host. Very communicative and friendly, and the check in process was super easy. It’s mentioned clearly in the listing, but be aware that the backyard and pool area are indeed “shared.” There were people in both residences during our time there, one of which seemed to be long term residents. We didn’t have any issues, but might be a consideration of privacy is a priority. Other than that the house was in great shape and suited our group well.
