âNeeds a certain renovation ex the curtains. There is a falling wall in the beach. I was told no to use the services because my band was obsolet (I had just arrived)! A person in the kitchen did not allow me to serve my food because it was 3 minutes to the time. I was told to leave my plate and leave the place!! The beach is amazing. The rest of the staff was kind. Nice food. If you want to rest, this is not the place. The music was horrible and such a high volume from 9 to 2 a.m. Never a quiet...
âWent for two nights to see Merida and the surrounding area with Progreso. Had never been to Merida before and the selection of various cheap hotels was wast but chose this one due to the pool. The hotel was easy to find walking from the ADO bus-station and since I arrived early I had to wait but no problem using the pool. No one in the reception spoke English so good to know basic Spanish (like everywhere in Mexico obviously) My room was old but in decent condition, everything worked, hot water,...
