âEveryone was friendly as soon as we walked in. Check in desk is right outside the property which is the set up. My kids stayed a night before us and said that the food wasn't that great. They told us not to order the pizza but said that the waffles are good. Kids will be honest so, take your pick. There is a burger king down the road and a coffee shop right outside the property. â

âNeeds a certain renovation ex the curtains. There is a falling wall in the beach. I was told no to use the services because my band was obsolet (I had just arrived)! A person in the kitchen did not allow me to serve my food because it was 3 minutes to the time. I was told to leave my plate and leave the place!! The beach is amazing. The rest of the staff was kind. Nice food. If you want to rest, this is not the place. The music was horrible and such a high volume from 9 to 2 a.m. Never a quiet...
âVery central location, super friendly staff and very good value for money. The pool on the roof is a big plus in the hot and humid Merida. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The room was cleaned everyday and we got new towels, water, soap bars and schampoo everyday as well.
Bed was a little hard for my taste (but I find nearly all hotel beds too hard) and the room was a little noisy. However, we were aware of that and was given the option to stay in a room facing the parking lot,...
