âWe had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home.

âSuper friendly staff and beautifully clean room. Bathroom is small, but you're at the beach! There's a full refrigerator and kitchenette. While there's no balcony in our room, we can see the ocean from the large window and there's a small dining area and couch. We'll definitely stay here again. â
âMy two girlfriends and I stayed here LDW and I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was renovated this year and everything was so clean and nice looking. The amenities were above and beyond as well. They supply beach towels and beach chairs which you don't see too often! The location couldn't have been better- right on the beach and a short walk to all bars/restaurants. There's also a nice pool!
