Waterfront House with floating Boathouse, can sleep 7: 5 Adults and 2 Kids
Nature lovers do NOT want to miss this cabin. It is 80 steps away from the Steinhatchee River, and only 1.5 miles (5-minute drive) away from the Gulf of America. This is the perfect place for anyone who likes to boat, fish fresh or salt water, scallop, kayak, canoe, swim, bike, explore "real" Florida, or just sit back read, sunbathe, and relax beside the water.
The House is Modern and recently updated, very comfortable furnishings for an amazing stay. There is a deck for visiting or grilling outside. Sleeps 7. You are required to report the exact number of those visiting. The House has 3 bedrooms.

on Water for Fishing and Tying up your boat. Water depth is minimum of 8' with deep water all the way to the Gulf. The boat slips are reserved for owner's boats.

The owners live on the property, but there is minimum interaction.

Very clean, quiet, nice location with access to the river. Everything worked perfectly. Communication with the owners was timely, cordial and helpful. We didn't have any problems to be looked into but I strongly feel they would have taken care of any reasonable request. The house was perfect for our needs and we're already talking about a return trip. Pete Parsons

The entire property is well maintained and very clean, the house was spotless no issues with the doors plumbing/air/beds, they let us use the boat dock because we were there for fishing that’s was incredibly well done easy and convent getting down the driveway can be confusing but just slow down and watch where your going and it’s easy peasy, will 100% be back for our next trip there.

Nice and quiet stay on the river. Being able to park a boat at the dock is really convenient . The fishing was great and we like the scenery as you go down the river. The beds were very comfortable. a pleasant surprise as I'm used to staying at hotels. Would recommend 100%

One of the most accommodating hosts you will find. Excellent communication. The property is very quiet and well kept. Perfect for six people. It includes everything you need to have an enjoyable stay on the river. We can’t wait to go back.

I visited with a friend to do some fishing. The house was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The host was so accommodating, inviting us to use the property as if it was our own. His dock is the nicest on the entire river! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Scott!

If you want peace and quiet….you’ve found it. The house is very comfortable and supplied well with linens, towels, etc. Scott is very accessible when needed. He was sincerely concerned when he found out we had a medical issue; he checked on us regularly during our stay. You don’t find that kind of people every day.

The house was easily accessible! There was plenty of room to park your boat and vehicle! The house was clean and up to date! We really enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and peaceful area! The owners are next door but didn’t bother us one bit! The boat dock was perfect for our boat ! One of the nicest docks we seen along the river! Overall we really enjoyed the property!
