Helt ny, rökfri, lyxigt möblerad lägenhet på förhöjd 1: a våningen i exklusiva bostadsrätt i Suwannee Florida nära Mexikanska golfen. Denna vackra enhet har klinkergolv i kök, både bad och tvättstuga. Ny matta täcker det rymliga familjerummet och alla 3 sovrum. Franska dörrar öppnar ut mot en privat balkong med utsikt över bukten vid viken, bäckar och träskmark. Enheten har all ny lädersoffa i läder och matchande vilstol, elegant matbord med plats för 8, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare och fullt möblerat gourmetkök. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en plysch Simmons skönhetsvårdsmadrass, stort sovrum med duschkabin, hans fåfänga, hans garderober och platt-TV. Familjerummet har en stor platt-HD-tv med satellitdirektjänster. Enheten har telefon med gratis lokal och långdistansservice. Täckt parkering för 3 fordon direkt under enheten. Parkering av båtvagnar antingen under enhet eller vid angränsande tomt. Möblerad balkong med utsikt över privata båtslipp och flytande bryggor i kanalen intill floden Suwannee och några minuter från Mexikanska golfen. Tillträde till båtrampa ligger bredvid marinan, där du kan se den lokala fiskaren få in sin färska fångst av stenkrabba, blå krabba, ostron, grouper och snapper.

Relaxation & fishing

Condo clean and had nice towels & linens. Marina directly across from condo with a boat slip on backside. There is only one restaurant and it was closed during our stay, so you may want to bring your meals. Overall, quiet and beautiful area for fishing and taking it easy!

Great Stay

Condo is perfect with a boat, marina right next door and plenty of room for parking. Condos very clean and kept up well. Owner communication is great, condo very well equipped. I highly recommend.

Father/son fishing trip

Condo was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Britt was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure all was well. I will return soon.

Lovely Condo with Suwanee River Access

My son has been working long hours recently and needed a relaxing get-away and that's what we had in a modern, clean, comfortable condo. Suwannee is an out-of-the-way small gulf coastal town with one restaurant, one mini-mart, and one marina with a breakfast/lunch counter. Although there isn't much to the town, this condo is perfectly situated and quite comfortable. The rear balcony overlooks a canal. The front door and balcony overlooks another canal. Within minutes, the canals join the Suwanee River and the Gulf of Mexico. In this condo, I love the living room with its sofa with reclining ends and additional recliner facing a large screen TV. The bedrooms all have very comfortable beds. and the kitchen has all the modern equipment to cook and serve a full meal. The Wi-Fi is not the fastest but more than adequate. I enjoyed my time here and my son got the rest and relaxation he needed. Although we didn't use it, this condo also has access to a private pool shared among five buildings. This condo is going on my, "I will definitely return" list.

Place was nice and comfortable. Did discover mildew in shower, but things happen. Also we had someone come and spray bugs while we were there. Also the electricity had been threatened to be shut off cus bill wasn’t paid, but it was taken care of. I was always honest with the landlord, but when he didn’t like what I had to say, he wasn’t nice to me. A couple days before we left, we had an accident and caused damage. I wrote the landlord and apologized for it happening, and we paid for damage, which he did not believe in what he could charge us. He was yelling at me and made me cry, so my husband took over. Said we were only ones to ever cause damage, and was I was truly sorry, but he didn’t care. It is a nice place and told him so, but if you aren’t perfect, not place for you.

I made the reservation and immediately after Britt called me.( I teach Preschool so explained it was noisy and have only a few minutes to visit with him.) He gave a whole bunch of instructions and I wrote down this information as fast as I could but it was hard to hear. He was going to text me the address. I had no other communication with him. When the plane landed I realized he had not sent me the address. (My mistake, he had sent me the name of a fishing guide and I did not scroll back far enough on my phone- so it was my error) So I called him. It was 10:47 p.m. I explained I was sorry it was late but I needed the address to the property. He was so mad! He began to swear at me for waking him up in the "middle of the night" . The words he used with me were not the way a man should ever talk to a women with. I asked if he could possibly text me the address as we were waiting in line at the airport for our bags and I did not have a pen or pencil. He said," fxxx you lady, you can't remember this" and hung up. I scrolled back on my phone and found the address so we were able to drive the 2 1/2 hours to the property from Orlando. I was very upset that he talked to me the way he did and my husband was furious! The next day he sent a text to my husband apologizing for his "bad attitude". My husband explained that we are VRBO owners in Minnesota and that we have a 5 star rating with multiple repeat guests. We have been bothered at all times of the day and night and expect that in this type of business. Our guests have had emergencies that need our attention at all hours, we would never dream of acting the way Britt did! That is the cost of doing business! My husband also told him how upset he was that he would talk to his wife in such a demeaning, disrespectful manner. His conduct was unbelievable. (We had tried to call VRBO and cancel our reservation but they were closed, we were worried about the property after his demeaning text) His response was ," I said I was sorry." The property was surprisingly nice. I am probably more picky as we operate a VRBO so I know what to look for to judge how clean a property is. There were other people's crumbs in the toaster oven, a dirty pan in the oven, and when a pulled out the drawer under the oven, ish! However, the bedding and bathrooms very pretty clean. They all had sticky floors. We did not eat any meals there as we found a little cafe we enjoyed instead.
