L'unica pecca che mi e' capitata e che nella stanza n 181 c'è un rumore costante di sottofondo probabilmente dovuto alla vicinanza di SPA, abbastanza fastidioso specialmente di notte. SPA offre un luogo di relax molto gradevole, sauna, piscina con zona idromassaggio e getti, percorso knepp, etc . Ho gradito molto che è stata servita una tisana. Norme COVID sono rispettate. Colazione internazionale.”

“When in Novara, I always stay here. I used to visit Novara once a month for about a year and I have tried about ten different hotels, all recommended on various sites. This is the only place I will stay at. Sure the decorations are eclectic and the bed pillows are big, but the staff is fantastic, location unbeatable and breakfast suits most tastes, from southern European with sweeets and strong coffee to Northern European with eggs, hearty bread, cold cuts etc. My home in Novara”
“Good relation price/comfort. Easy access from the highway. Service minded girl at the desk! Excelent room. Clean. No complaints about the standard. The room has a "one-car-garage" with a solid gate. Good solution, but our gate was hard to close (faulty, but it did work after several tries). The breakfast is a bit poor, compared to EU standard.”

"Very bad service at the front desk. Rude, lack of empathy, and unwillingness to help. Pool was closed without any information to us before hand, when we explained that this was the main reason we booked the hotel they just shrugged and said, “not my problem. This is out of our hands”. Even though this is their own pool and the pool was closed due to “maintenance”. No other compensation was ever offered.

"On the booking they promised pick up from and to the airport -- but they did not. i paid 80 euro in taxi back and forth to the airport and it was not worth the money. When I confronted the staff about that it said on the website that they offered the free taxi service -- she basically shrudded her shoulders and said that there is nothing she can do. She supported me with a taxi from the hotell that i had to pay myself and she said it would cosst 35 euro -- but when I got to the airport the taxi driver said 40 euro. He got really upset and could not speak english and just kept repeating "40 euro, 40 euro".
the hotel was noisy during night and the cleaning detergent smelled like someone dropped a whole perfume bottle in the room.

"Strange location, not fun to find the hotel on your own when you are a single woman arriving Malpenza at 23:30 and you dont want to pay 20 euros for the taxi. Hotel did not reply my mail so I had no idea where to find the hotel shuttle bus. No info on hotel website about hotel shuttle service. Old and quite run down place but it was ok for the price you pay. "
