âBook for a birthday stay and it was such a lovely hotel. We were pleasant surprised at how spacious the hotel was. The service at the front desk was excellent, when we informed them that we had an early start to go the airport the accommodated us with a breakfast box of light bites. The Hotel breakfast was also *chefs kiss*, the organic jams were incredible â

âOur room had everything we needed and was clean and functional. I especially liked to look out over the piazza and life there. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety.

âVery unique experience staying here! The room was bigger than expected with a personal bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, helped us carry luggage on and off and prepared a very nice breakfast every morning. The front of the boat had a beautiful area to sit and lounge outside. Parking free at the dock, and staff always assisted with opening/closing the dock gait for us. Would definitely recommend for travelers!â

"Otroligt lÀge nÀra precis allt men rÀkna med ett nedslaget smutsigt hotell. Fanns hÄr överallt pÄ golvet speciellt i badrummet. Toalett man behöver manuellt spola utan knapp. SÀngen helt ok. Trevlig personal. "
"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character.
Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges â such as for the garage and minibar â which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards.
Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
