âStaff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. Iâm sure a taxi could be called. The white...
âBest staff, friendly, gave us tips and info to make sure we had a great day in the city. Clean. Easy to get to by car and out of the way from the busy street and lots of free parking. Only a short walk from the city so for us it was just perfekt . For this price it is a wonderful hotel and we would love to return. â

I had some issues with the key but the host was always ready to help and quick to reply within a minute. The area is in the middle of beautiful Modica. I travelled alone (woman) but felt very safe in the area even late in the evening. Will stay here again!â

âWe stayed here three nights. The best B&B we had in Sicily. especially the good wi-fi connection. It is a very quiet location, and the host's son speaks good English and helped us solved several problem during our stay. Highly recommended if you have a car. The big kitchen is great too.â

Har en mycket prisvĂ€rd restaurang som serverar fyrarĂ€ttersmiddag pĂ„ kvĂ€llar. Frukosten pĂ„ terassen var utmĂ€rkt. Finns ett spa i anslutning till hotellet som ocksĂ„ var mycket trevligt. Ăverlag en fantastisk vistelse. Kommer definitivt Ă„tervĂ€nda.â

"For anyone who didnât look at all the photos of this hotel, youâll be staying in a petrol station, on the main road leading to Modica. While we could have looked through to image 25 and the satellite images, we had unfortunately not done so this time (but will be sure to do so in the future).
This was the start to a stay that left a lot to be desired. Cleaning at this supposedly 4 star property apparently does not involve ensuring that the bathroom is stocked with soap and schampoo. Neither does it involve removing dirty dishes (coffee cups provided by the hotel) nor does it involve changing visibly dirty bed linen. Just making the bed up as is and putting the dishes on the side is enough here.
The hotel also claim to have a private beach. We were sent on a wild goose chase by the front desk to find said beach, only to find that the place they sent us to didnât exist, and once we had managed to find this supposedly private beach, it was indeed very private, but not for the guests of this hotel - but rather for guests staying at their separate hotel located on the beach.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel if you want to spend your holiday keeping track on those who runs from their bill at the gas station. "
