お泊りを有難うございます。 駐車場スペースについて、当館は客室が１２室だけという小さい宿に対して、駐車場スペースは３４台分もございます。無さ過ぎる事はございません。 コスパは分析したいところですが、予約明細を公開してくださらない為に何とも言えません。これだけ温泉を２４時間１００％源泉かけ流しで提供していて、ところどころで庭がありまして、１００年以上の歴史の建物を守っている中で、周りの宿と比較しても料金的に割とリーズナブルな価格だと思われます。

冬の信州でお越しになって頂き、感謝しております。 上山田の温泉らしいお湯を24時間100%源泉かけ流しで楽しめることを喜んで頂いたようで、嬉しいです。 貸切露天は15:15-16:00, 16:15-17:00, 17:15-18:00, 18:15-19:00, 19:15-20:00, 20:15-21:00, 08:00-08:45, 09:00-09:45と沢山の時間帯からお選びになって頂けます。次回は是非に好きな時間を選んで頂きたいと思っております。リピーターのお客さんに無料で提供しております。 我が宿の昔ながらの造りは仰る通り、冬は寒いです。その分、温泉に入って体を温めて頂き、夜は温泉のお湯を使った湯たんぽを布団の中に入れたり、温泉宿ならでの知恵が必要かもしれません。 周辺の宿のほとんどは木造の建物を壊して何階立ての鉄筋コンクリート箱を造りました。亀清旅館では木造の部分を大事に残しております。部屋には冷暖房が完備ですが、信州の真冬でも快適に過ごしたければモーダンなホテルタイプの宿の方が良いかもしれません。 これからも宜しくお願い致します。

我が小さい宿にお越しになって頂き、感謝しております。仰る通り、当館は古いです。元となっている建物はおそらく１００年以上の歴史があって、元々芸子さんの置屋だったようです。 周辺の宿宿は古い建物を壊して、何階立ての鉄筋コンクリート箱に作り直してます。亀清旅館はは木造の部分が大分残っていて、渡り廊下や離れ風の部屋がある昔ながらの造りで、それを一生懸命守っております。

夏休みでお越しになって頂き、有難うございました。上山田の温泉らしいお湯を気に入って頂いたようで、嬉しいです。我がChef武井の創作懐石料理が好評なのですが、「期待外れ」だったのは残念でした。具体的に何が「外れ」だったのか教えて頂けたら幸いでございます。定番の天ぷらやオーソドックスの料理よりクリエイティブな洋を少し取り組んだメニューですが、それが外れの原因でしょうか？信州の食材を創作のアレンジで試してみたい方に是非にお越しになって頂きたいと思っておりますので、宜しくお願い致します。

Thank you for your stay. From your comments it appears there were difficulties with communication, apparently regarding arrival. For pick-up at Togura Station, you can simply put 10 yen in the public phone in front of the station and dial, and it takes us 5 minutes to go pick you up. Most guests seem to find the process to be smooth even without a SIM card. If you have another chance to come to Nagano, we would love to see you again. Until Then, Tyler / Kamesei

Regarding the bathing facilities, we have 5 onsen baths in total: Men's indoor & outdoor, Women's indoor & outdoor, and private outdoor. Showering is with the Men's and Women's indoor baths. The private outdoor bath does have a shower but we have to turn it off in the winter due to freezing (we just turned it back on here in early April). However, it is outdoors so the showers with the common baths may be more comfortable. But for guests who prefer privacy over the typical Japanese onsen experience, there is that option. Thank you also for participating our Zukudashi Eco Tours cycling tour. We hope more people take advantage of this very rewarding experience!

Thank you for your kind comment. With an American-Japanese couple as your hosts, Kamesei Ryokan is one of the most foreigner-friendly traditional Japanese inns. Want an authentic Japanese ryokan experience but with the comfort of English-speaking staff, then Kamesei is perfect!

We are glad you came and enjoyed our traditional onsen inn, and are grateful that you appreciated our hospitality. We try to always send guests a "welcome e-mail" and are happy to provide itinerary help so people can make the most of their visit to Nagano. As you mention, one of our two main onsen baths is quite small -- normally we do switch the baths to let ladies enjoy the larger one during their stay. And actually, we have begun meeting with architects to start the process on building a new main onsen bath. It won't happen overnight, but hopefully if/when you come again, you'll have a new bath to soak in.
