“From the moment I walked into the hotel, I liked the chic esthetic of the lobby. The hospitality was immediate and consistently gracious with all the staff I interacted with. I was granted my key and got off the elvator to a well lit, mood-lifting hallway. I noticed a clean lemon like scent as soon as I entered the room. I was instantly more relaxed.
