♦ Noise
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced)
We cherish this peaceful neighbourhood and hold our lovely neighbours in high regard. We kindly request that quiet hours be observed. thanks for keeping the noise level to a minimum after 9 PM.

♦ Authorized Guests
"EmeraldRidge" has a limit of 9 guests (adult and children combined) during any time of the stay. Only authorized guests are allowed on the premises/property. No unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed on the property at any time. Any violation will result in a fine of $800/unauthorized person/night.

♦ No Party
Absolutely no parties allowed! Breaking this rule will result in a $3000 fine, immediate police intervention, and eviction.

♦ Pets
Two well-trained pets are allowed with prior approval, with a $200 pet fee per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the house. Please bring your pet's bedding and feeding bowls, ensure your pet is well-behaved, and clean up after them in the yard. Any damage caused by pets will incur additional charges. Pets without prior approval will result in a $600 penalty.

♦ No Smoking
No smoking or vaping (including but not limited to cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes) is permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. Violation will result in a $600 additional cleaning fee.

♦ Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect their trips.

♦ Wildlife
Wild animals, such as bears, may be present. Please do not leave food or garbage outside.

♦ Security Cameras
"EmeraldRidge" has security cameras to protect the safety of the guests and the property. All cameras are located at the main entrances and are not able to see inside the house.

♦ Safety
While we strive to provide a safe environment, please be aware that the backyard features a steep slope at the edge, which may pose a risk. Additionally, the interior is not specifically child-proofed.
We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

Misleading Listing Title – The listing is advertised as a “whole house,” but it’s actually only the first and second floors. The basement is a separate rental unit with guests who share the backyard, and this should be clearly stated in the title — not buried in a condition at the end of the posting. The description should also make it clear that quiet walking is required due to the shared space. If I had known the basement was separate, I likely wouldn’t have booked this unit as advertised; I would have instead asked about pricing for the true whole-house rental. Overly Restrictive Quiet Hours – The property enforces stricter quiet hours than most hotels (typically 10 PM–7 AM or 11 PM–6 AM). I came here on vacation, yet the rules were more restrictive than at home. My “noise violation” was simply walking too loudly. Positives – Aside from these concerns, we did enjoy our stay. The layout works well for families, the decoration is thoughtfully arranged, and the place is tidy, neat, and clean.

Awesome view property.

We were a group of 8 adults. The accommodations were very spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. The view of the valley and river were relaxing. We took advantage of the walking trails and local brewery.

Wedding Weekend in Chilliwack

Stayed here for a weekend and was so happy we decided to stay at Ashley’s. The house was in perfect condition, the view out the back was amazing! Ashley was a great host. Super responsive and clear with her instructions. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the area!
