Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But thatâs the only issue!â

âHad a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasnât a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much weâve already...
âThe accommodation was clean and basic.
Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis.
In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool.
The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area...

Not crowded and dirty like many places in north Goa (even Benaulim actually). Direct access to small market and shops outside the resort area as well. Couldn't have been better.â

Beautiful location, private beach, spotless rooms and mouth watering food. Friendly staff, all of the on average 3.5+ employees per guest working for your enjoyment. âSuper close to the airport and very safe. Staff was extremely nice, wifi was great and free, place was clean, and breakfast was yummy. Recommend this place to anyone coming from a long trip to India. â

Problemet med det hÀr hotellet Àr att det ligger mitt ute i ingenstans. Ingen strand, ingen by, ingen vacker utsikt, ingenting, bara en gles skog och en smal dammig vÀg. Man undrar var man Àr nÄgonstans.

"The stay at Heritage Village was great đ The staff is incredible, very helpful, polite and literally fulfilled all our needs. They take very good care of you. The property is overall very clean, spacious and great for family holidays. The beach is 200m away and is also very clean and huge. Overall an excellent experience and great value for the money. "Arrived to a room smelling strong of urine. Didnât get a connected room until last day, despite being promised one upfront. The elevator didnât work for 3 of 4 days when we stayed. The baby crib was a joke (looked homemade) and didnât have a mattress. The canteen staff said that our nanny had to pick up the baby chair herself while holding the baby. Not enough baby chairs in the restaurant. The Ines they had was disgusting, full of black mold and looked like they had never been cleaned. Luggage boy and security tried to put us in a normal taxi despite us having prepaid for an airport drop off. Donât provide any shade or beach chairs on the beach. Loud construction going on until 21:00 in the evening, even Saturday and Sunday. In summary, we didnât enjoy our stay at all and we wonât be coming back."
