    We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.


    Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Small but efficient

Property was walking distance of many things and is on the main strip, so even for driving everything was just a short distance away. Limited lounging space for 4 adults but other than that very good.

Wonderful place

Location, ease of check in/out, communication were all excellent. My only complaint is that the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. There wasn’t a toaster as described and for pans there was either super BIG pan or itsy bitsy pan. Only 1 coffee mug and coffee tastes different in styrofoam 😞.

awesome!

this place is great! Check in was smooth and easy. Owner Ed was always available if we had any questions, but not intrusive. The place was very comfortable for 6 of us, although 2 were children who slept in the sofa bed in the living room area. The location of the Villa is outstanding, a one minute walk to a fun water park and we got 2 day passes that the 2 kiddos could use every day. that was such a kind thing to include in our stay and saved us a lot of money.. Also excellent was the bikes that we could use for free anytime we wanted. there were enough bikes for all of us to go for a leisurely ride in the wildlife refuge, which was so much fun. there are plenty of convenient stores for necessities within the block, and a larger grocery store, island foods, was about a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed such as dishes, pots, pans, etc.. also sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. were all provided. if you have little ones, there’s a foodstand called Woody’s right across the street that has a bouncy house, corn hole, balls to play catch with, hammocks, it was great! we spent a lot of time there. about a 5 minute walk away there is mini golf, and a place called funland with go carts and stuff and an arcade if there is a rainy day. The other very nice lady who worked there, I don’t remember her name, spent a long time chatting with us, and told us how to see the horses. I highly recommend this place and would like to stay there again!!

Great stay

The condo is in a great location; safe and close to the chincoteague park. Having a pool to relax in was great after a long day at the beach. We used the grills in the back, very convenient! The manager was very friendly and helpful with directions and tips. The condo had a musty smell so recommend you bring something to freshen up the place a bit. Had a great time and enough space for sleeping and socializing.

Perfect

Property manager is the best! The villa had everything we needed for our stay (minus food and personal items). The indoor heated pool was huge! It’s right next to a candy store! Yayyy!

Nice place

It was fun altogether, except for the air conditioning that leaked water right over the door to the entrance. The host is really nice . Nice place for a weekend trip to the beach.
