âWe came to Chicago to celebrate my sonâs birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel. âWe had a wonderful stay! We specially enjoyed the Halloween contest between the personnel categories:-)! Pool was great, so was the breakfast! Room was great and had a kitchen! If we go to Chicago again we will definitely choose this Hotel!â

âWe stayed here so we could walk to Soldier Stadium. It was an easy 20 minute walk. The hotel was clean and quiet inside. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and had a really nice night. â

âOur room was clean. The mini refrigerator kept our drinks really cold. We were able to get as much ice as we needed from the ice maker. The staff was friendly.â
âThe room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and thatâs all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :)â
âOur room was lovely, the bed was comfy. Lots of lighting and temperature options so we slept like a baby. The bathroom is shared with other guests, so as long as you have courteous fellows, it was a spacious, clean bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the large living area, but it was easy to check in and check out and lock ourroom door as each room has its own key. Thank you!â

"This place is ideal for a vacation. An apartment rather than a room . Equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dish washer, laundry machine, tumbler, air conditioning etc. Very comfortable bed and the bedding was super comfortable. There was some, muffled, sound from the nearby railway, so if you are sensitive, you better bring earplugs. But the windows are very well insulated. The support is available through the app but very attentive and service minded."
