Stay in the heart of Chipping Norton in this stylish two-bedroom first floor apartment, uniquely designed by the artist owner of The Cotswold Art Studio.

Our pet-friendly duplex apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, family bathroom and cosy living space, with a contemporary and luxury feel throughout.

With everything the town has to offer, it’s the perfect base for exploring The Cotswolds and enjoying the local shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants from your doorstep!

Step into the main entrance and through your own private door and head up a flight of stairs to our characterful two-bedroom apartment split across two levels, where contemporary style meets the creativity of The Cotswolds.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find the sleek, modern kitchen featuring beautiful handmade ceramics created by the pottery studio downstairs. The kitchen has an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle & toaster. Please note, there is no dishwasher or washing machine.

Along the hallway brimming with artwork is the light-filled living and dining area framed by huge bay windows overlooking the town centre. Relax on the sumptuous sofa in front of the Smart TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four.

Upstairs are two stylish double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and wardrobe space. The first overlooks the town centre, while the second looks across the peaceful rear courtyard.

The generous family bathroom has a full-size bath, separate walk-in shower, sink and WC.

The Artist's Rooms is conveniently located in the delightful market town of Chipping Norton where you’re surrounded by independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. The main Cotswolds villages, Oxford city & historic Blenheim Palace are all within 20 miles, with Diddly Squat Farm less than 2 miles away and Daylesford Organic around 5 miles away.

Free long-stay parking is available at the car park round the corner, a 1-2 minute walk away which also has paid EV chargers.

All the artwork in the apartment is available to purchase. Please enquire in the studio and feel free to browse the locally produced artwork, ceramics, jewellery, woodwork and more!

Guests have access to the whole apartment as described.

You will share the outside front door with the studio when it is open (every day 10am-4pm), however, you have your own private locked door leading up to the apartment.

You are also welcome to use the rear courtyard when the studio is closed.

Our home is attached to others, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.

Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost via prior arrangement only.

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.

Please note, as part of its historic character, you will find some uneven carpeted floors in certain areas of the living-dining room and bedrooms which may require extra care and attention.

We welcome 1 small pet for a cost of £30 per stay. Please ensure the Pets box is ticked when you book.

Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog:
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained
- Please keep your pets off the soft furnishings
- No pets in the bedrooms please
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible
- Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the apartment
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank you

We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
