No email at Hotels, no email at hotel site and "Help" call at reception does not work. We could not arrange to prolong our stay by merging two bookings since we did not reach them. “台風の影響で船が欠航となり、急遽、市内に宿泊が必要になった80歳近い父のために予約をしました。市内のホテルが次々に満室になる中で焦って予約したため、後から部屋にお風呂がないことに気付きましたが、お電話で事情をお伝えしたところ、快く部屋の変更に応じてくださいました。 夜間だったため、すでに管理人の方はご不在だったようですが、「高齢の父が一人で宿泊する」旨をお伝えしたところ、わざわざ戻ってきてくださり、スムーズに入室できるようご配慮いただきました。おかげさまで、父も安心して過ごせたようです。 今回はホテルのご厚意により柔軟にご対応いただいたものと思います。すべてのケースで同様の対応があるとは限らないかと思いますが、このたびは本当に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。”
