“What a find! Great location for exploring downtown Dunedin on foot. The building was an attraction itself. Lovely aspect above town with great views from the terrace outside our room. The breakfast was delicious. Fantastic staff. The only downside was the size of our room (Room 10) which was very small (but cosy), and therefore it was hard to manage our luggage in so little space. However, there are bigger rooms available, at extra cost. Would highly recommend!”

“This is very good for being a motel, has everything you need but for breakfast but a really nice cafe just down the road easily made up for that. Tea and coffe provided and a box of fresh milk was handed over on check in. Room has fridge and microwave so you could fix your own meals but I didn't. Close to center of town with buses 5 min or walkimg 20 min. Would stay again.”

“A wonderfully convenient and tidy property perfect for attending a conference at Otago Uni. The kitchen was particularly good and a bonus to have a washing machine, although I didn't need the latter.”
