âThe hotel was really nice and clean with spacious rooms. However the rooms were just so warm that I did not sleep well which is why I will choose another hotel next time. There was a stand alone air conditioner but they are very noisy so it was not possible to have it turned on during the night. If the heating was fixed I could choose this hotel again. Everything else about it was nice. â
âHotel refurbished and updated to a very high standard. We were impressed at the cleanliness and eco-awareness at the hotel, together with helpful and attentive staff.
This was an all-too-short but very memorable stay.â
âVery nice little hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Close walk to the beach. A little hot in the room but to be expected in the summer. There was a fan in the room to cool it down a little. Slept very well. â

Only small comment would be that in the summer when the day starts really early, the shutters don't really block the light so we were not able to have much of a lie in - although this is personal preference and only a small comment on an otherwise lovely stay.â

He was gracious, kind, and quick to respond to any questionsâsomething I truly appreciate when traveling. His yard is beautifully kept, with lush greenery and blooming flowers that offer a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of tea or quietly plan the day ahead. âNothing is too difficult for a very hospitable host who personally welcomes you to her home.
More than pleasant, it was a very comfortable stay, and i would definitely recommend to anyone.
If i get back to Folkestone, i will almost certainly be looking to return to this wonderful little B&B.â

Negative: Bathroom was not the cleanest. Thick carpet, not hygienic. Noise both from nearby road, rooms and hallway.
