“Overall the resort stay is good value for money (summer), it has everything onsite, amusement park, shopping, food etc. some downside could be: the hotel room bathroom being a little dated, they don't do cleaning daily, but they do at least change your towels for you. Being a hotel, noise from your neighbors could be a problem (talking loudly in their room or outside in the corridors, slamming the door etc esp at night or in the early morning). They also provide coffee bags and teas in room....

“Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. Young has some toboggans to use too. We loved our stay...

“Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!”
