“Perfect location, super clean and lovely breakfast!”

“Ett fantastiskt trevligt hotell. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Frukosten var helt fantastisk. Det fanns verkligen allt! På kvällen hade hotellet en buffé som var lika fantastisk .Rummet var ljust och rymligt och saknade ingenting. Vi kommer absolut att välja detta hotell nästa gång vi ska till Chongqing!”

“Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit.”

“Kempinski Chongqing is a nice hotel a bit from the classic city center. Very few people on the staff speak English, which makes it very hard to get the usual service that you expect from a Kempinski hotel. As an example, there is no room service menu in English so it is impossible to order any service to the room. The hotel is 10 years old and that might be seen in the bathrooms. And the cleaning is not the best, so don't expect a normal Kempinski level. However, the staff is nice, even though...
