âWe cannot say enough good things about NOS!! We were there for our honeymoon, looking for a relaxing time in Sifnos, and NOS was the absolute perfect place to stay for that!
Our room was sleek, clean, and had a private patio with a small plunge pool which was incredible. The staff were so friendly and attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of us in terms of knowing what we wanted or were missing.
And last but not least, the food was amazing! The breakfast there may have been the best...

âThis new property on Sifnos is perfection. There really is no other word to describe it. Book the room with the private pool at the bottom of the property if you want your own pool and the most private of rooms with the best view on site.
The staff are fantastic and so quick to respond to new glasses or ice being sent to the room.
The daily breakfast by the pool was sensational. Order the freshly scrambled eggs. They melt in your mouth.

âWe had the most wonderful stay at Apsila. The owners were so welcoming, hospitable and friendly from the moment we stepped off the ferry! We stayed in 2 different rooms - one with a partial sea view which was still beautiful, and one with a private pool which was absolutely gorgeous! The apartments have been really thoughtfully designed and each day there were local treats left in our room to share which was really thoughtful.

"The property was really nice with a specious pool and nice surroundings. A little bit disappointed with the reception stuff, no smile, no information on breakfast nor the tourist tax, at a hotel like this Iâd expect more welcoming approach. "
