Parking and Entry
There is no on-site parking available at this property. Street parking and public car parks are nearby. Entry is via a secure keypad — your unique code will be provided prior to arrival. The unit is accessible by external stairs. No lift access.

The main living area is open plan and easy to move around in. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and toaster. A pull-up dining table sits within the kitchen space — perfect for extra bench space. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, workstation and air conditioning to keep you cool or warm throughout your stay. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

The unit is located at the 3rd floor of the apartment building, (accessible by external stairs only) it is a single level apartment once inside.

Sofa bed in living room ideal for extra guests but best suited for lighter sleepers.

Some street noise is expected, particularly on weekends and evenings; windows and A/C help manage this.

Please keep noise to a respectful level, particularly in the evening, out of consideration for neighbouring residents

The shared spa pool, plunge pools, and sauna are communal facilities — please follow posted rules and be considerate of other residents

This is a non-smoking property — smoking is not permitted inside or on the balcony

Early check-in and late check-out are available on request — subject to availability and may incur a small fee.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
