The lower level is open and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and all cooking essentials. The living area has a sofa bed, smart TV, and air conditioning — ideal for relaxing after a day out. Step outside directly from the living room to a private patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Upstairs, there are two generous bedrooms — one king and one queen — each with a spacious wardrobe. Both full bathrooms are located upstairs and are shared between the bedrooms.

The combo washer/dryer is conveniently located on the ground floor near the living area, easy to access throughout your stay.

Entry is via a secure keypad at the front door — no keys needed. Check-in is easy and flexible at any time.

The townhouse is spread across two levels. The living area, kitchen, and patio are on the ground floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs via an internal staircase.

Your dedicated carpark is located within the premises — just follow the signage to your allocated space.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our Christchurch-based team can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

Please treat the space with care — this is a privately owned home.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
