âWonderful and a little quirky place. Nice rooftop bar with dipping pool. Spacious room with kitchen. Decent breakfast next door at The Wes. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if Iâm fortunate enough to come back to Cape Town. I absolutely loved it. The only little minus was the large shower head. I think that with the water pressure, a handheld shower head would be better. â
âThis lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.â

âI slept 10 nights in the female dorm (where 8 ladies shared a room. The best thing of the hostel was definately the amazing staff who were so friendly at all times. They gave me a lot of security tips and wondered when I would be back and they were very socializing with the guest. It also felt safe since they had a security guard at the entrance 24h and there were lockers under the bed. âWe stayed three nights at Holiday Inn in central Cape Town.
Overall a good experience - superb breakfast, and everything else you can expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.
Our double bed room was also quite spacious.

âSmall service deficencies were immediately taken care off and things worked perfectly during the rest of our stay. Great garage deal aswell as free shuttle service to the waterkant.
Great breakfast and very good dinner at restaurant The Vue on top floor number 15. Great views from there. Were upgraded on 2 of our 3 rooms and the large balcony in room 111was great.
Walking distance from central Cape Town but do make sure you use the right directions.â
âThe hotel is lovely but you can not be disabled or over sized it has a nice atmosphere but we could have got more information from the reception about the restaurant and the surroundings. The breakfast could have some improvements but the staff was interested and fixed what ever problem you could have. The reception could have also informed that there are pool towels to borrow. "Great hotel in Waterfront. Nice rooftop bar. Nespresso maker in the room. Expensive breakfast not worth the price though. And close to a really nice restaurant Den Aker. It was so nice so we ate there twice."
"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
