Nice location, but the place needs some attention
The unit overall is a nice unit, however the place needs some attention, the drains in the bathroom drain slowly, causing a back up in the showers, the unit wasn't clean, it's very apparent that whoever does the housekeeping should be "fired!" When my family arrived, it was one complaint after another; our stay there was for a funeral, so things were already sad, we didn't need a dirty unit to compound the situation. However, the host was very responsive and proactive, he did try to correct things, I'll say that much and give the host 5 stars... Still yet, the unit could use some attention, a deep cleaning for instance and general maintance. The internet did not work, and getting maintance for anything on an island such as St. Croix can take days; and no one needed drains that didn't work, fans that didn't work for lack of batteries, dirt caked on for weeks, if not months of not cleaning... Fire the house keeping, get the place fixed and the owner of the unit will get better results!
