The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property. However, each guest over 4+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 10 guests.

You will be renting only the upstairs/main house (Sapala 1) on the property, which sits on a 0.8 acre land, facing the ocean. The pool will be shared with guests staying in the downstairs unit (Sapala 2). This property consists of two units:

* Sapala 1: an upstairs/main unit with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a large open kitchen / living / dining area and a game room on the loft. All bedrooms are of the same size and each has a big bathroom with double vanity sink and an empty closet space with hangers for your use. This unit will be available to your guests during your stay.

* Sapala 2: a downstairs/poolside unit with 1 bedroom/1bathroom, a full kitchen with living / dining area and a stacked washer/dryer unit. This unit will not be accessible to your guests during your stay.

Both the units have separate entrance and are NOT connected to each other from within the units.
