Hotell i Christmas Valley

“Family friendly”

“There room was nice perfectly placed with furniture. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was kind, and helpful. Parking on the other hand I do t know why we pay for parking they should just give us guest parking passes so they know we’re staying there. Paying for parking is outragoues”

“The stall shower need updating”

“The staff was not helpful at all. No parking and unable to help with this issue and a window that was broken made this trip terribly bad , and it was our Anniversary. We drove long distance and staff was in willing to help especially when it came to parking. Threat to tow our car or fine us if we park on the street $200 we checked out and went to another hotel. The difference in costumer service was incredible. The Best Western cared more about making our trip comfortable and service...

“Beautiful Lodge the staff was great. The air conditioner did not work.”

“Clean! Cute! Spacious even for 2 people. Came with first aid kit, flashlights, instructions on how to use the dumpster to keep bears at bay. Easy to find, staff was helpful! Will def book again! **S/N: underneath the bed were a ton of spider webs under the bed, but other than that. Perfect & would book again.”

“The key code stopped working. Inoperable heater in room 38 degrees outside.”

“We ran out of hot water. And the listing said that it had a lot of activities for kids, like a rock climbing wall and a different area for kids, and they remodeled and never said that they didn’t have those items anymore.”

“Everything about it was nice.”

I went to the bar during happy hour the day I arrived and got a couple of drinks and food. Was charged full price but when I mentioned happy hour they fixed it saying that happy hour went away, despite it being on the paper I was given at check in 30 minutes prior. The rest was a good experience overall.”

“Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.) No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather. Fans are provided if needed otherwise ceiling fans are installed. Nice to have private hot tub and private pool, sauna and...
