“The best service you can ever imagine. On arrival Hiro-san greeted us and showed us our room in person. He then helped us with absolutaly everything we asked for. He also spoke very good english wich was to good help when we had questions. The room was really nice. We had a two floor house which had an awesome japanese style. “We had a 1-night marvellous visit i February. Rented a private onsen for 50 minutes and enjoyed a Beautiful view of Mount Fuji. We also used the "public" onsens, which were nice, before our delicious dinner was served in our room. We were very happy with Everything from check-in to check-out.”

“Very nice Ryokan hotel, just a 2 minute walk from Yudanaka station. Very friendly staff, cozy room, great onsen baths, nice japanese breakfast. Our only complaint is that the mattresses were a bit too thin and the room got quite cold when the electric heater was turned off.”
