"Good prize and we were very happy for the extra two bed put into the room so we all four could sleep in our own bed. We had however not understood that there was an extra fee to use the gym/pool. That was disappointing since we like to use the gym."

"First time we stayed at this hotel and in Hakone. It was such and experience! The food at the bufé is nothing I've tasted or seen before. It was so cozy with the big room. The onsen in the room looked small at first but its very big. If we come back we will OFC stay at this hotel!!!"
