“Spent one night here since we wanted to visit Ghibli park. Even though the hotel is as close to the station as possible, just be aware that it still takes 10-15 minutes to get from the plattform to the hotel reception (since this is located soon floors up in a Hightower building). The hotel seemed extremely caused to business men/women but the quality, size and cleanliness was excellent (we stayed at a moderate double room). Overall a very good hotel, would definitely recommend!”

“お部屋からの山中湖と富士山は、朝も夕方もとても素敵でした。 奇麗に清掃されており快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々も優しく丁寧でした。 朝食もおいしかったです。時間が取れず、オープン待ちし20分程度で出てきてしまいましたが、ゆっくり過ごせたら景色も良いので素敵な朝ご飯を過ごせると思いました。 車いすを利用されている方等の為のバリアフリーのお部屋だったと思うのですが、客室のお風呂に高い椅子や入口が広く取られていたりします。 ただ、お風呂の入り口を広く取ったせいかトイレットペーパーホルダーの位置がすごいことになっていて、もう少しどうにかならないのかと思いました。 ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。 ”

“Comfortable hotel right by the train station, nice view from the room of the city, friendly staff. The hotel is in a really good location. Only downside is they charge for parking.”

“Wonderful location and excellent service! My one suggestion would be to offer larger sizes in the yukatas to be more inclusive. Also check the consistency - I asked for the largest size on the first day and it was perfect, the next day they changed it to a smaller size when the room was cleaned, and when I requested the largest size again it was much smaller. I thought it was mis-labeled, but the next one was a little bigger although not entirely comfortable. So they vary a lot in actual size.”
