Trying to fool your money off you
We stayed one night when passing through. We had booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, and it said it was for 4 persons in the booking. We are family with 3 children, 14, 12 and 7 years. So we expected to pay extra for the fifth person. When we came they forced us to book yet an other room with 3 beds. Because they thought the 4 person room wasn't enough. So we ended up paying for 7 beds. When I complained about this they were not willing to help us. They just blamed hotels.com. They could not fix anything. They even said that it was reasonable for us to have the extra room because our kids are so big and tall. I asked for the manager and was not allowed to speak to him/her. But I think she was there talking to me already. Because eventually after arguing for a long time she said we were beeing anoying and said they could give us 140 bath back! We pay over 2000 bath for the rooms. Over 1000 bath each. They could not refund because the bookings were made with hotels.com. And they didn't want too either. So it's obvious that they want to make money on the farangs. And they don't no nothing about how their partnership with hotels.com works. And they don't understand that if they make a mistake the customer should not be the one paying. They need to clean their own mess up. This was poorly handled and we will never go back. They had a vwry bad attitude in the reception.
