“Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. “All of the staff were amazing, at breakfast they somehow sensed when I wanted some more tea! The food was really delicious, a great selection of curries (as well as western foods - although I stuck with the local fare). The hotel location was very central and made it easy to see some of the sites in the city centre (market, fort, old kachcheri etc.). If I was planning a trip to Jaffna in the future, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very good service and friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and big enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom OK. The pool was clean and deck chairs was comfortable. Towels supplied at the pool. Breakfast was OK. We had dinner a couple of nights and all we had was really good and plentiful. Location is a bit off so you need a drive to get to the center of town. But it is quiet. The only real drawback was that they don't serve any alcohol, not even beer.”

“The parking area and the drive was muddy. When I came back after dinner around 9.30 pm the Auto dropped me outside the gate and ended up walking in soggy mud to reach the hotel foyer. After that spent about 20 to 30 miniutes cleaning my shoes. Not enough 13 amp socket outlets. Only one socket outlet for mobile router, mobile battery charger, etc. Some corners of the room floor, walls and the ceiling were not cleaned properly. See photos.”
