“Room had dirty toilet with seat up. Kitchen dishes in dishwasher, so room just was not ready to be occupied.”

“I traveled from California to St. Louis, Missouri and Gallup La Quinta had the BEST 5STAR Room, with size and room amenities, cleanliness and upgrades... door magnets, shower pressure, tub, large doorways for handicaps,breakfasts, and homemade cookies at the welcome bar, with lemon water, hot and cold drinks, no host store, excellent bedding and mattresses, and more than I can mention. This stay rated higher on my list than the Hyatt Regency in St Louis, Missouri, that was triple the cost! The...

“Have stayed at this property several times and seems that they continue to take their customer service to the next level with each visit. Receptionists are so friendly and enjoy their job.”

“We had a great stay here, the room was fresh, clean and quiet and we didn’t hear the trains others have been writing about in this area. The breakfast had nice waffles and a lady making omelets which was a big plus! We could do our laundry in fast machines. The only thing that is negative is the water, it’s somehow oily, but that might be in the whole area. So being drinking water if you don’t want to drink it”

“As much as I loved the room in this hotel, the outside was an absolute tragedy. I have never in my life seen so many homeless people in one space. They were all surrounding the hotel and there's a tunnel right behind the hotel that they live in. That being said, we went to leave the next morning and alot of our stuff from our trip and clothes were all stolen. It's really a shame that there's not security or police involvement in this area.”
