It was terrible experience for my family to spend two nights in pullman ciawi.
When we checked in, the hotel suggested me for an upgrade of the rooms (with nicer view) for the second night.
However, what we had to do during the second whole day was to wait and wait till the rooms are ready, and we found out the changed rooms were not "upgraded" at all. (with same views and even smaller beds)
And the hotel told us my luggages were already moved to the new rooms, but I could not find it at all and had to check it again and again.
They just had my family go here and there according to their needs of room arrangement.
Whenever I tried to reach to service team via phone, they told me just wait, which never be responded in an appropriate manner.
They never got back to me so I had to visit the lobby several times to get response.
It was an awful experience to ruin all my second-day schedule.
They should have managed custumer's complaints better way.
