“Toppservice i recieption. Detta trots att man glömde/inte hade tillförlitlig rutin att återlämna inlämnat pass. Hade begärt rum för funktionshindrad och detta kunde man inte tillmötesgå. Fick då en uppgradering utan kostnad till ett motsvarande rum. Att man inte hade rum för funktionshindrad hade inte meddelats oss. Mkt trevlig recieption!!!”
“Stannade en natt då jag var på genomresa, bra hotel ligger nära autostrada. För att vara i Italien så hade dom en kass carbonara. Frukosten är jättebra om man vill ha kakor och toast, men om man vill ha annat så får man leta, detta verkar vara generellt för Italien.”
“Enkelt men trevligt hotell, ett fåtal rum fördelade på två våningar i huset. Enkel men helt OK frukost ingick. Mycket trevligt bemötande, viktigt att varsla om ankomsttid eftersom det inte finns någon reception i entrén. Ta gärna med egen kudde, de som fanns i sängen var tjocka och hårda. ”
“Borgo Argiano is a Tuscan treasure! We were looking for a luxury stay on the Tuscan country side with high standard, own kitchen, pool and just a few rooms. Borgo Argiano is ticking all the boxes. some minor details are missing to reach absolute top class but easily compensated by Dario’s hospitality! Own production of oil and wine accompanied some fantastic dinners at the balcony with the Tuscan hills as a background. Next time we will go here with friends and family!”
“Almost never write reviews but this visit was something extraordinary! Dievole Wine Resort is really heaven on earth. Super friendly staff, amazing environment with breathtaking views, great breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend the wine tour, really interesting to see the cellar, taste great wine and the staff was super competent. We took the early tour and were lucky enough to get private tour. Already thinking about going back 😊”
“The hotel is a beautiful ancient building in a very pretty Tuscan hill top town. The views from the terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner are amazing. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants in the beautiful old street the hotel fronts onto, so going out to eat was a breeze. The hotel has its own parking. Towels for the pool are provided. ”

“We got upgraded and the room was fanastic and rustic. friendly straff, environment and service was great. The only complain we have is the more simple restaurant, La Cantina, that didn't live up to any italian culinary experience at all. The food we had was very tasteless and lacked sign of creativity and the wine the served us was waaay to warm. My husband is a sommelier himself and we have visited several fine dining restaurants over the world and have to say that we expected more from this...
“We LOVED staying at The Clubhouse. The service was attentive, the facility was well kept. It felt like we were staying at a friends house but with AMAZING service. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you to all of the staff for making such a special experience for us.”

"It is a former nobel family’s villa.
Wonderful restorated for 40 years ago by a doctor who baught it.
Meny different areas to sit at outdoor and indoor.
The rooms was in perfect condition.
The staf very friendly.
The Villa is so what you want to have when visiting Tuscany.
It is just at the edge of the City Figline Valdarno.
So you can go out for dinner if you don’t use the hotels restaurant wich was good.
The breakfast was standard but okay and had everything you want for breakfast.
The have two pools, one indoor with sunbeds outside in the hotel area and an outdoor pool on the other side of the street on a hill.
We loved the hotel because it was very nice decorated."

"This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience.
The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked.
I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it."
