Servicen på övrig personal kunde ha varit bättre, det skulle inte skada med ett leende tex.
Frukosten var under all kritik. Frukost erbjöds fram till 10.30, men när vi kom dit kl 9 hade de slutat att fylla på med mat.
Rummet som vi hade bokat skulle enligt informationen på hotels.com vara 18m2, men vi fick ett rum som var 14m2.
Samtliga rum på hotellet stank fotsvett.
Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte...

“Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. Lots of space to go for a run.
Easy to get to Montepulciano and Pienza.
Nice to meet so many other travelers.
The room was quaint, beautiful, clean and unique. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and nice linens. Plenty of fresh air and sounds of animals from outside.

A pochi passi da un outlet molto carino e con ottimi prezzi e vicinissimo all'autostrada e quindi ideale per chi vuole spezzare il viaggio dal nord al sud. Personale molto gentile. Unica nota da migliorare la Nutella a colazione (ma comunque ci sono marmellate di diversi tipi che compensano)”

"Simply fantastic! We found this converted monastery by accident. The building is beautiful, as are the gardens and surroundings. Very tranquil and peaceful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent.
The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten! Special mention to the "savory monk's cake" - delicious!
My only small complaint is that the rooms are not exactly soundproof. But I can live with that, the rest is just wonderful."

"What an amazing place, we had a great stay here but unfortunately too short. The room was great, the staff were really kind and helpful. Food, both dinner and breakfast was great.
Overall the place was amazing, quiet and charming. The tennis court was also an extra plus. Really close to the amazing City of Siena."
