CCC

The 3 C's are for cleanliness, comfort and convenient! We stayed here for the convenient location to Kings Island. Once here we were pleased with the cleanliness and how comfortable it was. From the beds to the family friendly basement, even our grandkids made comments on how much they liked it!I could add another "C" for communication. Don was quick and helpful with any questions.

Was a nice spacious property with ample kitchen facilities and game area to enjoy family time. Property managers communicated well and very timely. Cleanliness concerns were addressed and management provided an acceptable solution. Overall good property rental recommended.

It was huge and very clean inside. A very nice place overall. The host was very prompt with communication once we were there. The check in process was less than ideal. I had to message to get the info and last minute verify my identity. And when we got there the lock code was not what it was supposed to be and we had to call to be able to get inside. And there were issues with some trash not being picked up outside until we asked. Like no one was in charge of taking the cans to the curb for the truck for several weeks. Also, there were no lamps in the bedrooms? That was just kind of weird. It suited our needs and was overall a great place to stay. I would recommend it.
