Was way oversized for what was needed. Like renting 3500 sq ft when I only needed 250 sq ft. And nothing much filling the space. Clean and comfortable.

I liked our pet accommodation, clean gym with working equipment. Clean well kept carpet throughout. Swim pool appeared clean. Front desk assistance very nice, welcoming. Clean elevators. Free breakfast offering. One if the two waffle makers was not working. Made it a lengthly wait time for waffles. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

Housekeeping only came to the room one time during my entire stay to clean the room even though it says they'll visit every other day. I had to constantly call and ask for new towels or toilet paper because they hardly brought any to my room. Called the front desk to ask for towels and they had me come down to get them because they didnt feel like coming to the room.

We love staying here when we visit family. It is located near the mall and great restaurants. The hotel is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is great, too!

Home away from home!
Anytime we come to visit my wife's family, we always make it our buainess to stay here. Not only because of the location but the hotel has always been nice, safe and clean. Although, this go around, from Saturday to Tuesday morning check-out housekeeping didn't stop by to change out towels. We kind of just figured it was due to being Christmas. Beyond that always a good stay!
