The young man working the night shift had no personality. He slowly came from the back when we arrived, around 10pm, didn’t greet us didn’t really say much. Was very slow at checking us in. This was the end of a 6 day journey that started in California & we travelled through 9 states so we were extremely tired. On the way to the elevator my daughter accidentally dropped a soda bottle that broke & spilled everywhere. The guy came very very slowly over & without shoes and hands in his jacket pockets literally just stood there staring blankly. He didn’t do anything or say anything. My daughter & I were picking up the pieces of glass and he did nothing. Later the next morning I saw it had been cleaned up but not very well, there were large spots all over. My sheets on my bed had stains on them and the bathroom faucet leaked so I had to put a towel down to soak up all the water. Then gal on day 2 was very pleasant & friendly, super nice. Day 3 a new round man was also very friendly & nice.
The first guy needs to not be working in customer service as he just has no personality & isn’t friendly & doesn’t say anything.
