We`re so excited to welcome you to the 1811 House, our labor of love near to everything in downtown Cincinnati. We painstakingly curated everything to create a boutique hotel feel 5 minutes from TQL Stadium, downtown, OTR, the Zoo, and the University. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable linens, and high-speed wifi. With sleeping spaces for 5 guests, we`ve designed the home for good times and great company, while also being incredibly convenient to everything in the city.

We`ve designed the 1911 House to be perfect for urban explorers who want comfort, luxurious furnishings with wow factor design, and easy access to Cincinnati`s downtown, ballparks, and more, without the extra difficulty of being right in the middle of the action. Located in Cincinnati`s West End neighborhood, you`re far enough from the action that you can enjoy some peace and quiet, while being incredibly convenient (just minutes) to everything. It`s been thoughtfully designed to feel like home, so that you can stay in and have a great time cooking, playing games, or relaxing; or going out into the city, just a few minutes` drive, on an adventure.

LIVING AREA: One of the highlights of this house is the gorgeous living area, with an immaculate marble-faced Queen Anne fireplace and a lovely seating area. Unwind on the sofa, chat around drinks, hang out relax, and stream your favorites on the smart TV.

KITCHEN: The well-appointed kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a longer stay, featuring an open layout that connects to the living and dining areas.

DINING AREA: The gorgeous marble dining table from Arhaus will wow your friends and family and is perfect for group dinners or card and board games. It easily seats six people, or eight people if you`re willing to squeeze in a little bit.

OUTDOOR AREA: A great outdoor patio for relaxing and unwinding. The lawn is fully gated and can be used for your pup so long as he or she doesn`t make noise that disturbs our neighbors.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms on the first floor.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms have expansive, 12-foot ceilings, arched windows, and gorgeous drapery. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are on the first floor.

We prioritize your privacy and comfort. While we won`t be on-site, we are readily available via message or phone should you need anything during your stay. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Our neighborhood is in the process of redevelopment. It offers an amazing value for guests comfortable with an urban environment, as it is just a few minutes` drive to sports stadiums, downtown, and Over the Rhine. Our immediate block, and several others, are very nicely renovated. That said, you will still see abandoned structures on certain blocks on the drive in, and, on the drive into the neighborhood, you will drive by some affordable housing that will usually have people hanging around outside of it. We love our neighborhood and we know you will, too, but if you`re unfamiliar or uncomfortable with urban neighborhoods, this may present a challenging stay.

- Street parking is free and generally plentiful.

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details). We will also collect an ID through either Airbnb or a third party software.

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.
