Summary:
This penthouse condo offers incredible views of Cincinnati from the top of Price Hill's Incline District. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one shared, one with a jet tub, attached to a bedroom), this is the perfect spot for your Cincinnati getaway! Easy access to downtown, with plenty of local bars, and eateries. The apartment is right above a coffee shop and ice cream parlor, so you can step right out your door for a quick treat! Enjoy this beautiful space in comfort and stye!

The Space:
A gorgeous and spacious condo, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking! The primary bedroom features a spacious ensuite bathroom and a jet tub! The second bedroom is just down the hall with a queen bed, while the lofted king bedroom overlooks the kitchen and living area. The spacious living room offers stunning views of the skyline and the surrounding neighborhood!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by door code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions.

The Neighborhood:
Located atop the stunning Price Hill on the western side of Cincinnati. This gorgeous apartment is directly above a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor, and is just down the road from the Incline Theater and the Incline Public House. Other charming restaurants and bars are right around the corner in this bustling neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati and popular Covington, KY!

Getting Around:
Personal vehicles, public transportation, or ride-share options are recommended.

Great place to stay!

We greatly enjoyed the property - especially being above a great coffee/sandwich shop and ice cream shop. Great view of the city. Spacious and perfect for what we needed. Only disappointment was that when we arrived at 4pm the apartment was still being cleaned. He was finished by 4:30pm.

Great property close to everything!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mason's View. The coffee shop on the first floor was awesome, such nice employees, and supports a great cause. The Incline Public House restaurant is a 2 minute walk from the door, and had great food and a great view of downtown Cincinnati. Just a few minutes walk is a Mexican restaurant with an incredible bakery attached! Getting anywhere downtown took us only 10 minutes. Our kids particularly liked the "lookout" area pointing towards the city. One thing to note is that you have to walk up a couple flights of stairs, so be mindful if you have someone in your group who may struggle with that.Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend the space!

Amazing place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful and inviting! Loved the character. It was cozy. Hot water didn’t get hot in the middle bathroom shower. But we made it work! The coffee shop was a bonus! Love what it stands for. Totally worth the stay for sure!

Lofty experience

We love this apartment. It’s like a Movie loft on an upcoming neighborhood. Walking distance to excellent good and viewst the public house down the road. Easy drive to museums & conservatory. The steps are steep & I would plan accordingly, but would stay again.

We loved our stay here for a girlfriend's getaway weekend. The coffee shop and ice cream shop below added a special touch to our stay and the view was amazing. Everything was clean and organized and communication was great.
