Wonderful property. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being so close to Findlay Market and OTR restaurants, and the parking was very convenient. Somaly was a great host and was super responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We booked this condo for a quick one-night trip to attend a Friday night Reds game, and it was exactly what we needed. The space looked just like the photos and was exceptionally clean. The snacks and coffee available were a thoughtful touch and a huge plus for us. Parking was a breeze, and it was only a short walk from the car to the condo. Overall, a flawless experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Would rebook in a heartbeat

I’ve been using VRBO for short and long stays for quite a while now and this rental by far exceeded any rental experience to date, especially with regards to the little details and extras provided by the host. The location was perfect and I will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Great property and great location. OTR neighbor full of great restaurants and bars. Cincinnati connector made trips to Paycor and GABP a breeze. Will definitely stay again next time in Cincinnati

Great place and Amazing Host

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful condo in OTR for a weekend. The condo was super clean, perfect location, and Somaly was a great host. If you are looking for a place to stay in OTR that you can walk to restaurants, shopping, and night life then look no further. I look forward to staying here again!

Great apartment in an excellent location

We spent one night in this great apartment and it was everything we were looking for. Very close to the restaurants of OTR and a quiet and safe building. The host left plenty of snacks, water and other items to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in this condo twice in the last 5 months. It's everything you could possibly want. The location is awesome, within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit is immaculately clean, well appointed, and stocked with great coffee and snacks 100% will be renting it again for our next visit

Mixed Up Listing

The listing stated a 2 bedroom, but it was a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full air mattress. There was a parking card that went missing but reimbursement of parking has been promised. It’s a nice property, but only a 1 bedroom. The listing was promised to be updated to accuracy. Very clean and quiet.

In The Heart of OTR

Street access was a bit tricky to first figure out due to all one-way streets, some closed to traffic, but easily found once you know the area. Perfect little apartment within walking distance of everything - restaurants, retail, park, Kroger, street car stop, parking garage/lots, market, etc. Any supplies you might need were provided and bed was super comfy. Only suggestions would be having a dresser in the bedroom and blinds in the living room area that cover all of the windows (spaces at bottom & top are open.) Highly recommend this 2nd floor apartment for a great stay in Cincy!

I Would highly recommend this flat. Well maintained with all the extra touches to make your stay comfortable. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops and Findlay Market. The free trolley is 2 blocks away. Spacious and very clean. Included a small basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. Another basket of toiletry items, in case you forgot something. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Only thing I would change is the bedroom, even with the blinds drawn, is not very dark due to the street lights. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is easy to find and access. Parking is not far away in a very large underground public parking garage. Everything worked really well except getting out of the parking garage using the parking pass… seems like it was expired or something…. The owner didn’t respond to my urgent message…. I was stuck in the exit lane for around 15 minutes till some nice attendant let me out.

Fabulous stay in OTR!

We came to Cincinnati for a conference and had a great stay in Somaly’s condo! The condo was so comfortable (especially the bed) and had so many thoughtful extras - like coffee, snacks and even a few toiletries (like dental floss I forgot to pack!) - and was a great home away from home for our few days stay. The location was an easy to walk to and from the convention center each day, or to grab the street car from to go a little farther. And having access to a parking permit and the garage made the trip even better! Somaly was so friendly and easy to work with, gave us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby and his directions for access to the building, condo and garage were spot on and easy to follow. This is definitely one of our favorite places on our vacation rental list and we’d love to stay here again if we are back in Cincinnati.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in OTR! The space was super clean and accommodating. The location was perfect—we walked to bars, restaurants, Findlay Market, and all the shops along Vine Street (Gia and The Blooms!). Tiki Tiki Bang Bang is an awesome tiki bar if you're into that sort of thing—the drinks were on point and the staff was absolutely fantastic. It could have been a completely walkable experience, but we needed to drive out to various high schools and Xavier for baseball tournaments. Getting the best of both worlds worked out great!We took full advantage of having a car and explored beyond the neighborhood too, visiting Third Eye Brewing near Princeton High School and trying Dixie Chili in Newport (a spot I'd never been to before). There was even a Juneteenth celebration in Washington Park, which was conveniently located right by the parking garage.I'll admit the check-in process threw us for a loop initially, but we figured it out quickly. Everything else was smooth sailing!We tried many spots from the provided recommendations and also ventured out on our own. Some highlights: Losanti and Sacred Beast were excellent, we had fabulous Jamaican food at Jay's Nyam & Jam on Vine (the tacos and patties!), ice cream at Graeter's, and The Standard beer spot just below the condo was right up my husband's alley. The coffee scene was fantastic too—1215 Wine Bar and Coffee Lab, Cafe Continuum, and Urbana.Would 100% recommend this spot for a weekend getaway!

Our stay was fantastic! The host was very kind and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations in the area, which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and the place itself was nice and exactly as described.The only minor thing was some noise from upstairs neighbors, but that's definitely not the host's fault and didn't take away from our overall experience. We'd absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Place is as shown. Parking was a little tricky but that’s everywhere downtown however the instructions to access the building and parking were extremely easy. Easy check out instructions and an overall good value for the stay.
