Cincinnati Race St OTR Lyx Apt w / Garage (2of3)

Detta är en ny (2017) 1 600 ft2 lyxig lägenhet belägen i centrum av OTR. Byggnaden är unik - ett modernt utrymme designat och den här lägenheten är utrustad med högsta standard med 10 tak, 2 master sviter, vardera med dubbla fåfänglighet, privat ingång, däck över privat uteplats och 1 garageutrymme. Det har en partner lägenhet i byggnad byggd till samma standard. Dessa utrymmen handlar om öppenhet och ljus i en modern miljö inom OTR (notera att de kanske inte är lämpliga om du föredrar att sova i ett mörkare utrymme tills senare i am :-)). Vår byggnad spänner över två byggnader, men lämnar utrymme på varje sida för att skapa en öppen, luftig känsla med mycket ljus.

Platsen är rätt i centrum av OTR och ligger strax på Cincinnati Bell Connector-trottoarlinjen. Vi är lite mer än ett kvarter från Washington Park, som har allt från hemmet till symfoniorkestern och operaen, den nya Shakespeare Theatre till ett avkopplande grönt utrymme, för att frigöra yoga i parken två gånger i veckan. Trevliga barer och restauranger ligger runt oss, med nattlivet i Vine St. bara ett kvarter borta.

Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Unit was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Lots do do in the area including Hidden Brewery Cavern Tour, Findlay Market, Rhinegeist rooftop bar and riverwalk. Recomend using the FREE streetcar service loop. Alley to garage was very narrow and a bit challenging to find. Host was great and very responsive to any inquiries.

Lovely stay in OTR

Ted has a lovely flat. The layout is perfect for 2 couples and a good location in OTR. Ted was very responsive when one couple had trouble connecting to wifi. We were in town for a reunion and it was fun to see how the area is changing. We didn't cook as we had events all weekend. It is easy to walk to breakfast in the morning - coffee shops and restaurants abound! We chose a different place every day. Findlay Market is wonderful as always. We would stay there again when going to events in downtown Cincy.

Great weekend

The condo is clean and gorgeous as described! We had a slight issue during our stay (nothing major) and he was quick to respond. The alley to get to garage is narrow and difficult to find (look for the hot dog on the Holiday Bar wall and the alley is next to it) but once we did it was easy enough. We look forward to staying again!!

Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our daughter in Cincinnati. Check in was a breeze due to detailed instructions and excellent communication. The unit was even prettier in person and it was immaculate. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, Findlay market and to all the local shops. Our car never left the garage. Definitely one of the best properties we have visited!

Great Location

Originally from Cincinnati but had not been back in years. Came in to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family and friends. Location was perfect to explore Over The Rhine with great restaurants and bars all walking distance. And being right on trolly line was great to ride to stadium for Bengals game and back. Great downtown experience

This apartment is very welcoming and so easy to stay in. The flow of the rooms lend to relaxation. We enjoyed the closeness and ease of walking 3-5 minutes to a variety of great restaurants. The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum were only 30 - 40 minute drives. Totally a great experience.
