“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved. The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Had to change rooms at 4am due to loud noise every 5 mins caused "by the building" that apparently affects all rooms in that part of the hotel. What the? Was then promised points as a make good that were not delivered as promised twice. ”

“Room was too cold. I had a 'river view' only if I craned my neck and looked around mostly buildings. The gray color scheme is depressing and hardly come up to a 4 star standard. The bar and restaurant close with the chickens (way too early) but luckily there's a nice bar right next door in the complex, outside entrance, that's open later.”

“Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top !
