“Let’s start with the shower. The very first night we had to shower at my mom’s house because the shower basically flooded the bathroom. Next, I’m assuming that I should have brought my own towels given the fact that they only provided a total of 6 (2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and 2 big towels) for 4 people staying for 4 nights. Also, the room did not have a microwave, no table and chairs (I’m assuming we were supposed to sit in the floor to eat), and the beds were very small and uncomfortable....

“I had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms had no soap and all 3 sets of shower supplies were empty. 1 room (302) had the shower curtain stapled where the holes ripped (inexcusable). The bathroom sink was extremely slow draining and the obstruction in the drain could be clearly seen, the toilet handle was cracked so when flushed you would pinch your finger. Two rooms (302 & 315) had door locks that didn't work one had to be jiggled and yanked really hard to open the other just wouldn't lock. One room (310)...

“We have stayed at the Cook for camp five summers now. This is the first time I saw service levels lowered. The staff are great but this year we didn’t have room cleaning, towel service or trash removed for the four nights we stayed. “We enjoy the cottages here. It’s convenient for us when we visit my college kid. Check in is easy, casino is nearby, cottages are clean, close to plenty of dining and shopping. Just note to self next time to bring an iron if you are one to iron your clothes. I guess RV goers may bring their own, makes sense. I think this will be a go to place if we don’t want the hotels stays. Maybe next time…we can actually bring our camper.”

“Practical location. But for the price i paid it was not as expected. Very bad sound isolation. I got a bad rum against the Highway. Heard the traffic loudly. Also my room had a door to the NeXT room so i heard the people there loudly as well. ”
