“Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff”

“It’s a brand new hotel seemingly, and it was very nice Ed’s comfy etc… but the room carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned, on check in the lady behind the desk was just miserable and not very welcoming… Lastly the lighting in the room was terrible.. It wasn’t expensive so I shouldn’t complain but it was things that you expect to be better and easily”

“I would love to give a better review, but the office was not helpful, nor have they been responsive since. I booked a 2 night stay and tried to change it via the instructions from the hotel, but never received a response. When I showed up for my 2 night stay (as per my confirmation) the hotel had changed it to the one night stay without informing me or Expedia. I had to find another hotel, since they were fully booked for the night. For my trouble, Expedia was willing to pay for the night at...

“The room was relatively clean except for the mildew in the shower grout, and my husband found a significant amount of dark hair on his clean bath towel. Otherwise, we fully enjoyed our stay. The breakfast choices were awesome.”

“First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.”

“This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of).
