“Rundown and location is sketchy”

“They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!”

“My AC broke and had the room at 65°. They didn’t have any maintenance person because it was 3 AM so all they could do is move me to another room. I’m disabled and so I had a lot of equipment that I needed to unplug and remove and so took me over an hour to get to new room. I should be reimbursed for a day of my day because to deal with 65° room and try to cope with it and then to be moved at 3 AM and have to set up all my equipment again is not fair to me and I got no sleep.
